At TKTQ Travels, we strive to provide an exceptional travel experience for all our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your travel arrangements. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while adhering to Philippine laws and regulations.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
- Cancellation by Customer:
- Any cancellation made after guaranteed booking is subject to applicable charges. 100% cancellation charge will be applied for any cancellation made after booking finalization. Cancellation charges will be computed by the Travel Agent.
- TKTQ Travels will refund the deposit fee if the traveler cancels the booking due to visa denial, provided that there will be no charges from travel partners such as airline and hotel. Any charges that will be incurred by TKTQ Travels due to traveler’s cancellation will be charged to the traveler.
- Any cancellation made due to inability to provide basic required documents for visa application on the option date given by the handler will result in forfeiture of deposit fee.
- Cancellation made due to force majeure and government-imposed restrictions is for rebooking only, subject to room and flight availability. Fare and room rate differences may apply for rebooking requests.
- For consolidated group tour, in case TKTQ Travels cancels a trip due to the following reasons:
- Failure to meet minimum number of pax required in a group
- Natural disasters, terrorism attack, political instability or other external events which will seriously affect the planned itinerary (if country of destination will impose travel ban), Traveler has options to offset the deposit fee for other tour destinations.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the cancellation request and will be credited back via check issuance/deposit.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Some fees, such as airline tickets and visa application fees, may be non-refundable. These fees will be clearly stated during the booking process.
- Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemics) that prevent travel, TKTQ Travels will work with suppliers to provide refunds or alternative travel arrangements whenever possible.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation or changes to your travel plans.
