What are the visa application requirements?
All applicants are required to submit the below 5 documents.
1. Typewritten and signed Korean Visa Application Form, print on the A4 size paper
2. One piece of Passport size colored picture with white background
3. Original Passport valid for at least 6 months
4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page
5. Original & photocopy of valid visas & stamps to any country for the last 5 years
• From March 1, 2019, all visa applications without the old passports with travels
within 5 years will not be accepted, or will be returned in the case accepted.
• This applies to all travel abroad including visa-free countries like Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, etc.
What if you lost your old passport?
If you lost your passport and you cannot submit a photocopy of arrival stamps, you may write a Letter of Explanation addressed to the Consul stating the reason why you cannot submit the old passport.
Financial/Proof of Rootedness Requirements depending on your status.

What if I don’t have an ITR?
• Applicants who have traveled to any OECD countries within the last 5 years are exempted from ITR
• BDO, BPI, and RCBC credit cardholders are eligible for Multiple-entry Korea Visa and exempted from submitting an ITR, Bank Certificate. Submit a photocopy of the card and the latest original Statement of Account to qualify.
• Supplementary cardholders allowed for Spouse, Children, Parents only
• BDO Credit cardholders with electronic statement should submit certification from BDO

Please note that eligible applicants are not automatically issued a multiple-entry visa and issuance of visa is subject to the approval of the consul in-charge.
I don’t have an ITR, haven’t visited any OECD countries, and not a credit card holder?

How do I claim my passport?
You can pick-up your passport in our office or have it sent back via courier or any real-time delivery service. Check with our Visa Officer if your passport is ready for pick-up.
How soon should I apply for a South Korea visa?
A single-entry visa is valid only 3 months from the date of issue. We encourage you to apply within 3 months before your trip.
Can I appeal if my visa is denied?
The Korean Embassy does not accept appeals for a refused visa.
When can I re-apply if my visa is denied?
You may re-apply after 6 months from the date of denial.
Important reminders before you submit your application.
Attach a letter of explanation for documents that cannot be submitted
The family should apply at the same time and provide proof of relationship
Apply for a visa before purchasing your airline tickets and travel services since visa issuance is subject to the approval of the consul in charge.
Applying through a designated travel agent does not guarantee the issuance of the visa.
Inform your HR Officer/Contractor/Bank that someone will call or email from the Korean Embassy to validate the documents you provided.

E-Visa
For Filipinos, there are two types of visas when you wish to enter Turkey. The E-Visa and the “Regular” Sticker Visa.
Who is eligible for E-visa?
Philippine passport holders who have valid US, Schengen, UK Visa, or residence permit are eligible. Take note that if your visa has already expired. Then you are no longer eligible.
How to apply for E-visa?
Follow the online procedure for your Turkey E-Visa here. https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/apply/
** Note: many copycat websites pose to be the official E-visa website of Turkey. The forms and website design look similar to the official one except that they charge 2-5x higher than what is really required.
The instructions are straightforward, but should you need assistance for E-visa. TKTQ

Regular Visa
Who is eligible for a regular sticker visa?
All other travelers holding Philippine passports not eligible for E-visa.
How to apply for a Regular sticker Visa?
You need a pre-appointment before submitting your visa.
Visit https://www.konsolosluk.gov.tr/ and choose Philippines>Turkish Embassy in Manila.
Click the Make Appointment button > Visa Pre-Application for Foreigners.
From there on follow the instructions on the website. Note that in the pre-appointment stage, your basic information, passport information, biometric photo, hotel booking, flight booking, birth certificate, proof of income such as your business permits/ bank certificates will be uploaded. So it is wise to keep these documents in-hand before you start.
Submitting your regular visa.
Once you have a scheduled appointment. It is time to submit your form and documents. The Turkish embassy is located inside Dasmarinas Village. It is an exclusive village so parking can be difficult. The best way to get to the embassy is by taking a taxi to get in or to get off Magallanes MRT station and take a shuttle to go in the village.
Processing time
It will take 10-15 business days to get your Turkish Visa. Make sure to allow time before you submit your documents.
